Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Topline Show Manager ("Topline", "we", "us") is software operated by Redshift Media to help ADGA-sanctioned dairy goat shows manage exhibitor entries, check-in, ring placings, and post-show reporting. Contact: sales@redshiftmedia.net.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to run a show:

  • Account & profile: name, farm/herd name, email, phone, mailing address, ADGA member ID, optional emergency contact, profile timestamps.
  • Authentication: email + password hash (managed by our identity provider) or Google OAuth identifier. We never see your Google password.
  • Animal records: registration numbers, tattoos, breed, sex, dates of birth, parentage you enter for your own animals.
  • Veterinary documents: Certificates of Veterinary Inspection (CVIs) you upload as PDFs or photos.
  • Show participation: entries, fee selections, payment status, check-in status, placings, champion records.
  • Judge contracting data (admins only): judge contact details and contracted fee amounts.
  • Operational logs: sign-in timestamps, audit trail of changes you make to animals, security logs from our infrastructure provider.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, government IDs, or health information about people.

3. How we use it

  • To create and operate your account.
  • To process show entries and produce check-in lists, ring sheets, and ROA-ready summaries.
  • To allow show secretaries to verify your animals and CVIs at check-in.
  • To send transactional email about your account or shows you've entered.
  • To investigate abuse and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not train AI models on your data.

4. Who can see what

  • Only you see your full profile, your animals, and your CVIs by default.
  • Show staff (show admins, secretaries, ring stewards) can see profile and CVI data only for exhibitors entered in their show.
  • Other exhibitors can see your name and farm name where they appear on a published catalog or ring sheet — they cannot see your address, phone, email, or CVIs.
  • Topline super-administrators can access all data for support and abuse investigation. Access is logged.

5. Where data lives & how it's protected

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase / Cloudflare) inside the United States. All connections use TLS. Database access is gated by row-level security so each request can only read rows the signed-in user is entitled to. Two-factor authentication is required for all email/password accounts. Service-role credentials are kept server-side only.

6. How long we keep it

  • Profile, animals, and entries: kept until you delete your account.
  • CVI uploads: you can delete and re-upload at any time. We recommend removing CVIs after the show season.
  • Backups: encrypted backups may persist for up to 30 days after deletion before being purged.

7. Your rights

You can:

  • View and edit your profile and animals at any time in My Barn.
  • Download a copy of your data on request.
  • Delete your account from Account Security. Deletion removes your profile, animals, CVIs, fee selections, and entries that have not yet been finalized in a show's official record.
  • Contact us at sales@redshiftmedia.net to exercise any state-law rights (CCPA/CPRA, etc.).

8. Breach notification

If we discover unauthorized access to personal information, we will notify affected users and applicable regulators within the time frames required by state law (typically within 30 days of discovery).

9. Children

Topline is intended for adult exhibitors and show staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Junior exhibitors should be enrolled by a parent or guardian who manages the account.

10. Changes

We will post material changes to this policy on this page and update the "last updated" date. For significant changes we will also email account holders.
