Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Topline Show Manager ("Topline"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Beta status

Topline is currently in private beta. Access is granted at our discretion. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Do not rely on Topline as your sole record of show results during beta — keep paper or independent backups.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password and second factor secret.
• One person per account. Don't share credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent/guardian operate the account on your behalf.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false animal records, registrations, or veterinary documents.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the service without written permission.
• Upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes another party's rights.
• Use the service to harass other exhibitors, staff, or judges.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish another user's data.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you upload (animal records, photos, CVIs). You grant Topline a limited license to store, display, and process that data solely to operate the service for you and the shows you enter.

6. Show records

Once a show's results are finalized, official placings and champion records are part of the show's permanent record and may be retained by the hosting club and ADGA even if you delete your account.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Topline is a tool to assist show secretaries. Topline is not responsible for any decision a judge, secretary, or show committee makes, for ADGA rule compliance, or for the accuracy of any record an exhibitor or staff member submits.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topline and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising out of your use of the service. Total aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or fees you paid to us in the prior twelve months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Topline against any claim arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account Security. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
